Success Depends on Leadership Businesses need managers but, people need leaders. Without a dynamic visionary at the helm, no business can survive, let alone grow. Managers have nothing to manage if there are no leaders to lead. The distinction between management and leadership is often misunderstood, and just as often overlooked entirely. This creates serious problems because a company needs both. Managers ensure that resources are utilized prudently. But, leaders get people to act and move in unison toward a common goal. Leaders make things happen. The Warriors Group exists to help companies do just that—make things happen. We offer a comprehensive array of leadership development programs targeting all levels of the organization. Custom Programs: Organizational Expansion Through Individual Growth One of the reasons successful organizations are successful is because they have a culture of winning. They don't exist just to do business- They're in business to win. And win they do. Most successful companies realize that this same focus on winning needs to be a part of the corporate culture in order to drive success. Organizations often try to accomplish this with feel-good pep rallies led by motivational speakers. It might be a great way to spend an afternoon but the approach simply doesn’t work in terms of building long-term benefits. The solution is simple—dynamic leaders build strong corporate cultures. If a company wants to implement a culture of winning—where the employees embrace a warrior mindset—it has to start with the company’s leaders. Warriors Group Integrated Leadership Development programs are custom designed for client companies with one goal in mind—to instill a winning, empowering and success-driven culture across the organization. It is an interactive process and a collaborative endeavor between the client and the Warriors Group. In an ILD engagement, Warriors Group consultants and trainers work closely with a client team of key stakeholders to assess the existing culture and to define cultural and business goals. A program is then developed to accomplish the mission, with the Warriors Group team working closely with the client organization to implement it. The end result is a core group of highly trained, dynamic leaders who create success and build momentum at every level of the organization. Each program begins with an assessment of existing leadership abilities and skills. Abilities are innate traits. Skills are learned methods. After making our assessment, we identify the existing traits, and inventory the existing skills. We then set about to build the leadership team—and the bottom line. The program then uses the Maneuver Management framework, the foundation of the Warriors Guide, to deliver a high-impact, results-driven program designed to help any company improve its leadership team. Standard Programs In addition to our customized programs for your organization, The Warriors Group offers standard programs for individuals or organizational teams. Each program builds on the previous and all are focused on success through leadership. Our Standard Programs include:
